MSc in Human Resource Management enrolments are now on.

The Program

The Program aims to provide students with the knowledge to be proficient in Human Resource Management concepts, skills and activities in order to help to develop HR system that will support their organization’s strategic objectives.

Program Delivery Schedule:

• Program is structured in to 8 modules + a research project at the end.
• Each module will have 15 contact hours, and will be completed in 4 weeks.
• Allowing flexibility for working students it will be delivered on Saturdays from 1.30p.m to 5.30p.m

1. Strategic Human Resource Management (3 Credits)
2. Human Resource Planning, Recruitment and selection (3 Credits)
3. Managing Performance (3 Credits)
4. Strategic Reward Management (3 Credits)
5. Human Resource Learning & Development (3 Credits)
6. Employee Relations (3 Credits)
7. Leadership (3 Credits)
8. Business Research Methods (3 Credits)
9. Research Project (6 Credits) - to be completed within 3 - 4 months

Entry Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or Over 25 years of age with 3 years working experience in Executive or Managerial Level.

1. Initial Payment:
University Enrolment Fee: US$ 100 + Module Fee LKR 22,250
2. Balance Payment: LKR 22,250 x 7 modules = LKR 155,750
